These are the terms and conditions that you accept when registering for the ‘Optimizing Dynamics NAV on SQL Server’ workshop.Please contact us at info@sqlperform.com if you require further information.
Application Procedures:
To register please fill out and submit our Registration Form. Your registration will be confirmed once we receive the Registration Form, but you will not be enrolled on the workshop until you have paid in full for the workshop fees. Cheques or wire transfer will be accepted. Once you have paid for your Workshop it is non-refundable, however we welcome substitute delegates at any time. All delegates must pay workshop fees in advance to be able to participate in the classes.
There is no deadline for application. However, there are a limited number of places, so to guarantee your place prompt application is advisable.
Payments:
Please make all cheque or wire transfer payments in the currency which is shown on your invoice, and make cheques payable to Sql Perform Limited.
We do not accept credit cards for workshop fee payments.
Cancelled Courses:
If it is necessary for us to cancel a workshop due to circumstances beyond our control or insufficient registration received all registered participants will be informed immediately, and you will receive a full refund. For this reason we encourage you to purchase refundable airline tickets and consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. We will not be held responsible for any loss on airline tickets or any other losses related to cancellation. In the event of cancellation, we will make every effort to contact you. When enrolling, please provide all of your points of contact clearly and accurately.
Waiver Liability:
Sql Perform Limited shall have no responsibility or liability for personal injury to any participant or damage to any participants property, or for personal injuries or damage to the property of any other person resulting from the participants involvement in any workshop. We shall have no responsibility for the acts, errors or omissions of principles, contractors or agents, or other providers of services to participants during the course of the workshops. We have the right to alter the time, context, or format of any workshop in the event circumstances so require. Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights, including copyright, patents and design arising in connection with the workshop materials shall belong to and remain vested in Sql Perform Limited and the workshop delegates shall execute any document necessary for this purpose.
Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in all respects in accordance with the laws of England |
