Q. What kind of agreements do you have?
A. We have EULA which is enclosed to our customer order form.
Q. What kind of training offers do you have?
A. We have one day course on Perform-Tools for Dynamics NAV, one day course of DBA services and 2-3 day workshop called ‘Optimizing Dynamics NAV on SQL Server’.
Q. Do you offer training support?

A. We will deal everything in relation to our products and services. In the case of any requirement for training; we will offer one day chargeable Perform-Tools training to our customers.
Q. Will you transform your existing customers into the new pricing model?

A. No. Our existing customers can stay in the old pricing model. However, if they want to buy our new offerings they will have to be transformed to the new pricing model.
Q. Who installs your products?
A. We do. However some of our certified partners can also do the installation.
Q. What is the procedure of buying your products?
A. Very simple! You contact us or your NAV partner. We then allocate one of our consultants to do the installation of our tools whenever suitable for you.
Q. Who do you invoice to?
A. We invoice to the partner of NAV customer. However, in some cases we will invoice NAV customers directly.
Q. What is the difference between Perform-Tracking for Dynamics NAV and Perform-Monitor Services?
A.

Perform-Tracking collects vital KPI and statistics from the system and stores the historical data for later analysis and/or for periodic reporting. Perform-Tracking sends alerts to operators for certain conditions such as log or database file close to full.

With Perform-Monitor service SQL Perform will collect the data on a monthly basis, summarize and compile a report documenting the trends. The report will have also some basic recommendations for the customer, as well as notifications about available SQL Server and NAV updates. Alerts from Perform-Tracking are pro-actively monitored by SQL Perform, and in case of any need, the customer could obtain problem resolution services.
Q. Does Perform-Monitor Service require any product licenses?
A. Yes, it does. It requires Perform-Tracking for Dynamics NAV product.
Q. What currencies do you accept?
A. Our prices are based on Euro. We do accept any currencies equivalent to our Euro prices calculated on the day of accepting the order.
